Creative Services Manager

EnviroMedia Social Marketing is looking for a Creative Services Manager. This position is responsible for the efficient management of creative resources and the internal flow of all projects throughout the agency. The Creative Services Manager works out of EnviroMedia’s Austin, Texas, headquarters.

Duties and Responsibilities
● Own the process of producing creative materials and help train staff to ensure that process is being followed consistently.
● Prepare budget estimates, scopes of work and assignments.
● Negotiate timelines, deadlines and staffing requirements.
● Maintain project documentation.
● Create, update and distribute a daily production schedule.
● Assign resources for client, self-promo and new business projects.
● Oversee project routing.
● Work closely with account and creative teams to ensure all deliverable dates and requirements are met.
● Manage the archiving process when jobs close.
● Assist with opening, routing, revising and reconciling purchase orders.
● Facilitate brainstorming and kickoff meetings, as needed.
● Oversee vendor relations.
● Supervise traffic and quality assurance personnel.

Education and Experience
Applicants must have:
● A bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications or a related field (though significant experience may be substituted for an advertising-related degree).
● Agency experience and 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
● Certified Project Manager (CPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred.
● Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite.
● A passion for EnviroMedia’s purpose in facilitating successful behavior change campaigns on issues tied to the environment, public health and public safety.
