EnviroMedia is looking for a sharp, passionate intern who wants to help make the world a better (and better looking) place. At our full-service agency, we work hard to create ads that are good for the environment, good for public health, and just plain good. As our art director intern, you should be able to contribute conceptually and should have a firm grasp of design concepts and an eye for detail. Now accepting applications for fall 2014.
You’ll get hands-on experience with real-world creative assignments, design projects, learn the ropes from experienced professionals, and see the ins and outs of agency life firsthand.
Interested students must be in upper-division portfolio classes and should have a strong creative portfolio. Art directors should be well-versed in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
You must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week over a minimum of three days per week. Internships are paid, and you may seek course credit through your college or university.
To apply, e-mail Cathy Levine at [email protected]. The subject line should include your name and area of interest (Art Director Internship).
Your e-mail must contain a cover letter, résumé, three or more advertising portfolio samples (a link to your online portfolio works), and a completed application. Download an application here. Applications sent without creative samples (or a link to online samples) will not be considered.
Candidates selected for further consideration will be contacted.
