EnviroMedia is looking for a sharp, dependable intern. At our full-service agency, we work hard to create ads that are good for the environment, good for public health, and just plain good. As our copywriting intern, you should be comfortable doing everything from coming up with smart headlines and concepts to wrestling through multiple rounds of copy changes. You should not be comfortable putting a z on the end of a word to make it sound like it’s from “the streetz.” Now accepting applications for Spring 2014.
You’ll get hands-on experience with real-world creative assignments and writing projects, learn the ropes from experienced professionals, and see the ins and outs of agency life firsthand.
Interested students must be in upper-division portfolio classes and should have a strong creative portfolio.
You must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week over a minimum of three days per week. Internships are paid, and you may seek course credit through your college or university.
