Each May, we send spring interns out into the world with new social marketing skills and welcome summer interns to learn the ways of EnviroMedia.
During the transition, we open up the Enviroblog to our interns to share what they learned and offer a peek into what the agency and the work we do looks like from their perspective.

The coolest part of interning at EnviroMedia has to be the down-to-earth approach. When I applied, I thought “agency atmosphere” meant getting down to business with my pressed pants on. Little did I know the atmosphere I’d envisioned was entirely wrong.
This agency does get down to business. It just does so with a bit of humor and much more comfortable clothes. Once I figured this out, I was able to find my groove, which made my experience much more valuable. Being able to simultaneously be myself — make jokes, laugh, do a dance here and there — and to grow as a professional is a dream. Overall, I learned that bringing my personality to work is the best way to go about creating an ideal career path where I’m both successful and happy.
