Acequia, CleanFUEL USA and Ocean Conservancy Hire EnviroMedia Social Marketing To Change Business As Usual

(AUSTIN)—EnviroMedia Social Marketing last week won assignments from two companies marketing environmental technology, and another assignment from a national environmental group.

“These new national and international clients will benefit from EnviroMedia’s experience, relationships and creativity,” said Kevin Tuerff, president and principal of EnviroMedia Social Marketing. “We're excited to be working with people changing the world for the better.”

Ocean Conservancy hired EnviroMedia to help the group advocate change related to over-fishing of certain fish species in the Gulf of Mexico. Ocean Conservancy promotes healthy and diverse ocean ecosystems, and opposes practices that threaten ocean life and human life.

Acequia, LP hired EnviroMedia for business-to-business marketing of its comprehensive irrigation-management products. Acequia has been providing advanced technology water-conservation solutions to commercial property owners since 2002.

CleanFUEL USA has established itself as the leader in Liquid Propane Injection (LPI) engine technology and alternative fuel-dispensing equipment for both liquid propane gas (LPG) and E85 (Ethanol). CleanFUEL USA has recently expanded its role as an industry leader by providing comprehensive alternative motor-fuel programs for fleet managers throughout the world.

“We all know environmentalism is hot right now,” said Valerie Davis, CEO and principal of EnviroMedia Social Marketing. “Our 10 years of marketing experience in this niche are really paying off for our current clients, as well as this new group of clients.”

This summer, EnviroMedia Social Marketing was awarded a contract with the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) for advertising and marketing services. The contract, renewable for up to five years, was awarded through a competitive agency selection process. EnviroMedia has been a DSHS contractor since 2000, and has helped the state reduce teen smoking rates and prepare for major public health issues, like West Nile Virus, Flu and disaster-relief counseling.
